Working with Anxiety

Anxiety can be isolating, but there are effective treatments.

Anxiety can be isolating, but there are effective treatments.

Anxiety disorders take many forms and are the most prevalent mental illness in the United States. Anxiety can interfere with relationships, work, school and your health. The good news is that anxiety disorders are highly treatable. In counseling, you can learn positive coping skills and get to the root of some anxieties. With neurofeedback, you can train your brain to decrease anxiety. With biofeedback, you learn how to calm your nervous system in the moment and as a preventative to future anxiety.
